2026 Award
CarGurus Top Rated Dealer in Roanoke, Virginia
J & J Autoville Inc. was named a 2026 CarGurus Top Rated Dealer for Exceptional Customer Satisfaction — an award decided by the people who actually bought cars here.
What the award is
CarGurus is one of the largest used-car marketplaces in the United States. Each year it recognises a small share of the dealerships listed on its platform with a Top Dealer Award, decided on verified customer reviews and marketplace data rather than on advertising spend. For 2026, CarGurus said fewer than 10% of dealers on the platform earned one.
The Top Rated Dealer award specifically reflects review scores: a dealership has to hold an average of 4.5 stars or better from verified CarGurus reviewers. It is not something a dealer can buy, and it is re-decided every year — so it reflects how the store is treating people now, not how it behaved a decade ago.
What it does not mean
It says customers rated their experience highly. It is not a warranty, an inspection certificate, or a promise about any particular vehicle. Every car here is sold used, and the right way to judge one is still to come and look at it — bring a mechanic if you want to, we have no problem with that.
Check it yourself
The award comes from reviews, so the reviews are the real evidence. Our Google rating is below and links straight to the listing — read the bad ones as well as the good ones.
